NDPIA is operated by Asolace LLC through Rumeira, based in New York City, New York, United States. It helps visitors find public adjusters and prepare questions about property insurance claims. NDPIA is an independent website, not a government agency, insurer, or party to your insurance policy or agreement with an adjuster.
The resources provide general education. They do not determine coverage, calculate what an insurer owes, or provide advice about your particular legal, financial, or insurance situation. Consult your policy, insurer, applicable regulator, and qualified advisers for decisions about a specific claim.
Use listings as a starting point
A listing, logo, or directory membership does not certify a professional license, endorse a provider, or guarantee availability, performance, fees, or a claim outcome. Confirm licensing and any disciplinary information with the appropriate state insurance department. Confirm current services, coverage areas, prices, and contract terms directly with the professional.
Listings may be incomplete or become outdated. Search results reflect recorded service areas and available location data; they do not establish that a firm can handle your claim. The directory does not promise to include every eligible professional.
You choose whether to contact or hire a professional. Any engagement and payment arrangement is between you and that professional. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.
Accounts and proposed changes
Account access is available to approved users. Keep your credentials private, use your own account, and submit accurate business information you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate another business or upload material you lack permission to use.
Active members may edit their assigned private listings. Staff review and publish changes. Account access, membership, ownership of a listing, and publication are separate decisions; signing in or saving an edit does not guarantee publication.
Membership applications, pricing, benefits, renewal, and cancellation terms have not been opened on this website. A directory listing is not evidence of paid membership. Expired membership removes editing access but does not by itself remove a published listing.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect other users and businesses. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, submit deceptive information, or use contact details for abusive messages.
Staff may restrict account access or remove content to protect the service, address inaccurate or unauthorized material, or comply with applicable requirements. Features may be changed or interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or review.
Content and business marks
Business names, logos, and professional images identify their respective businesses or people; those owners retain their rights. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship of NDPIA. Website content and linked material may be protected by copyright or other rights.
